Privacy policy

The short version: DueDate does not collect your data. The App Store privacy label for DueDate is Data Not Collected.

What stays on your iPhone

Everything you enter in DueDate (item names, amounts, dates, categories, notes, and any “How to cancel” links) is stored on your iPhone. Jaceal LLC has no server that receives it, and we cannot see it.

iCloud sync

iCloud sync is included for everyone and can be turned off in Settings. When it is on, your items are stored in your own private iCloud database, using Apple’s CloudKit, and sync to your other devices signed in to the same Apple ID. That data belongs to your iCloud account and is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy terms. We do not have access to it.

What DueDate does not do

• No account or sign-up.
• No bank, card or email connection.
• No ads, and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software.
• No selling or sharing of data, because we don’t have any.

Reminders

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. They are not sent from a server. You can turn them off in DueDate’s Settings or in iOS Settings.

Face ID lock

If you turn on the Face ID lock (a Pro feature), iOS performs the check and tells DueDate only whether it succeeded. DueDate never receives your face data or fingerprint.

Purchases

The DueDate Pro unlock is purchased through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and shares purchase status with the app on your device. Jaceal LLC does not receive your payment details.

Exporting your data

If you use Export CSV (Pro), iOS shows its standard share sheet and you choose where the file goes. DueDate sends it nowhere on its own.

This website

This site has no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes standard technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site.

If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply. See Support.

Children

DueDate is a bill tracker for adults and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Because DueDate collects no data, we expect changes to be rare.
